Get to know our baker!

 

   

     As a child growing up, Marsha developed a love for baking. Her Mother Marie, always hosted elaborate parties.  Marsha always helped her Mother bake 3-4 cakes from starch  and decorate custom cakes from start to finish.   

 

 After she graduated from high school, her family insisted that she attend Nursing school.  A year later she decided to call it quits!   She later decided she wanted to put into practice her creative side because that’s what truly made her happy.  While attending Art School her family told her she wouldn’t make enough money in the future.  So again, Marsha decided to listen to her family and go back to nursing school.

 

   Her job as a Certified Nursing Assistant was rewarding; however, Marsha knew she wanted to do more than just take care of people. While watching TV one evening, a talented baker was making a cake. It caught her attention! Marsha thought to herself “I can do that!"

 

    Shortly thereafter, Marsha was invited to a family baby shower.  She thought to herself "Why not make a cool looking baby shower cake!" Marsha was determined to "step out of the box" of just doing the “norm”.  When the cake was presented to the Mother-to-be she was astonished!  Everyone thought Marsha had been a cake designer for years. 

 

From that day forward, she knew that baking is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Her passion for creativity and love for baking reflects in every bite! Most importantly, Marsha thanks Jehovah for her talents.

Marsha has been featured on Hulu " Baker's Dozen" Episode 4. Season 1,  Biz Tv & SoCal. In addition, Marsha she has the first  cake jar vending machine in the U.S.  at the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, CA. In front of David's Bridal & next to See's Candies.  She will be opening a storefront March 2022 at Del Amo. Another cake jar vending machine will be located at the Brea Mall in Brea, CA; January 2022.
